One word: Tsun.

Tsun.
I journeyed to Brisbane last Saturday evening to watch a band that was fresh on to the music scene and had already received great reviews.
With not knowing a sound nor what to expect I walked into the Hideaway bar in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
The bar was a little hole in the wall out of the way with dimmed lighting, brick and rendered walls, art, lamps and lounges everywhere. The vibe was cool.
With the headlining band called Moses Gunnn Collective and support act Tsun it's always very interesting to see the support bands performance. Moment's later after starting I was blown away.
Tsun's music reflects a psychedelic/grunge rock sound layered with numerous guitars with a The Black Keys meets a sweet version of Possessed by Paul James's voice. The presence they have on stage is overwhelming you want to dance/move/rock whilst not taking your eyes off what's going on.
Tsun just recently released their debut single Marmalade 7" along with a beautiful clip filmed in Canada and North America.
These guys are the freshest of the crop and in a small amount of time have turned some heads and lucky for you they have a few shows lined up for you to check out.
This week they are playing Byron Bay's The Great Northern on Saturday, May 25th. To see their other shows view here.
To check out everything about sun visit their website here.
To give them a listen see their bandcamp page here.
But better yet show them some love on FB here.
Enjoy Dope Bitchez,
Love Hannah.
