CITY OF MUSIC

Very recently I was browsing the video's in my suggestions for music. Of course one of my favourites pops up,
The Tallest Man on Earth,
a video that I'd never seen of him.
Music for me is one thing, how it can be presented is another.
What PITCHFORK.TV, MPLS.TV and DANHUITING.COM do is brilliant.
They strip it right back and present it in the most
beautiful way.
With Dan Huiting's beautiful film expertise, how he captures music is up high in my books.
(Did I forget to mention he's shot a number of clips for Bon Iver? take a sneak peak here!)
With songs performed by artist's such as The Tallest Man on Earth, Father John Misty, Kurt Vile, Little Screams, Local Natives, Liars, The Drums; that is only the tip of the iceberg, they have an huge list to add to that.
The filming is fast yet softly and creatively set to enjoy music through different angles that work to feature the most incredible attributes about their music in clips done live and in different atmospheres and backdrops.
The creative ideology is truly a collective of musicians apart of something bigger. They show case their work honestly and approach it in a way to think outside the box. Truly an incredible motion to watch music in.
So... Go check them out.
