Back late last year,
The Annandale Hotel was farewelling it's beloved block
that was known to alot as the 'smoking area' which was the extra quarter of the 'dale.
Of coarse at this time they had been throwing quite a number of wild parties, so as you can see they decided to have a big one just to farewell the space, but out with a bang.
With a killer line up of bands both local fame and fame from afar, playing surprise sets, the day was filled with many treats.
They had two stages for enjoyment. One being the outside roof and the other the famous main stage. Here the bands you can see are The Mountains, Sticky Fingers, Dune Rats and The Hollow Bones.
These photos are gold! And oh theres so many more but I think theirs definitely enough for people to be excited about.
The fair reason why they weren't posted, blogged, 'facebooked' long ago was simply because... well nope there is no reason. They were lost. But there here now. So enjoy this weeks instalment of The Sunday Archives.
I hope they bring back some memories that I'm sure were lost amongst the night, whether you wanted to remember them or not.
